Many web design companies give price quotes based on the number of pages. I don't like this for several reasons. The price quoted is usually for an average page with a few graphics and links. If you need something far simpler, you are paying more than you need to pay. You are actually helping to fund that guy who needs a more elaborate than average page. This isn't fair to you. That is why I do all work based on an hourly fee. I only combine things into packages where it makes sense, but even these are based on my hours spent working for you.
